We work diligently to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within one business day after payment is successfully verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Time and Shipping Fees

After leaving our facility, most shipments arrive within 2–5 business days.
Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of $6.99 per order, regardless of weight or quantity.

We typically ship using reliable carriers such as UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. If alternate shipping options are available, you may choose them during checkout.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• Guam
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• APO/FPO military addresses
• International destinations

Delivery Estimates

The estimated 2–4 business day delivery window is approximate and may be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, national holidays, or unexpected service disruptions. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of any damage. Our team will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
