Payments are securely processed through third-party payment services. We do not store complete credit card numbers.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically prepared within 1 business day after payment verification.
Delivery Time: Most shipments arrive within 2–4 business days via major carriers.
Service Area: We currently deliver only within the 48 contiguous states of the United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

  1. Lost or Damaged Packages

If a shipment does not arrive, contact us within 7 business days after the estimated delivery date to begin an investigation.
For damaged items, send clear photos to support@shopkinfolks.com within 72 hours of receiving the package so we can review and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

Return Period: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original packaging and tags, and include proof of purchase.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 14 business days after approval. Banks may take an additional 3–5 business days to apply the credit.
Exchanges: Exchanges are only available for defective products, incorrect shipments, or manufacturer sizing errors. For all other cases, return the item and place a new order.
